Elien De Groot

During her studies at the University of Antwerp, Elien De Groot developed a particular interest in personal and family law.

After her law studies, Elien completed an advanced master’s in forensics, criminology and law at Maastricht University.

At Keyser Advocaten, Elien mainly focuses on family law in a national and international context, and stands out for her empathy and her drive to achieve the best possible outcome for the clients she assists.

“As a family law specialist, I always seek to offer clients facing a family conflict various options for ending the dispute. The first thing to determine is whether or not the parties can reach an agreement. If this is not possible, proceedings will be necessary.
I try to discuss with clients from the outset what is the most suitable solution for them.”
